Ingredients
1. 1 cup sugar
2. 1 cup flour (sieved)
3. 2 tsp baking power
4. 2 tblsp cocoa powder (sieved)
5. 2 eggs
6. 1/4 cup oil
7. 1 cup warm water
8. 1tsp vanilla essence
Method
1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat for 2 mins.
2. Grease a microwave bowl & put your mixture in.
3. Microwave on high for 5 mins.
Ingredients can be increased for a bigger cake.
ICING
1 cup icing sugar
1 tblsp marg or butter
1 tbls cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence
Sieve icing sugar & cocoa powder to get rid of lumps then add butter & vanilla and mix.
